Sales Executive

Location:

  • Bangalore/Delhi

Education:

  • BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

  • 2 Years to 4 years

Responsibilities:

 

  • Achievement of revenue targets; New Product Sales (NPS) from the assigned territory from the enterprise accounts
  • Forecasting and developing annual sales quota for region and ensuring that the quarterly and annual targets are met.
  • Accurately Forecast business and activities within the territory.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a territory plan.
  • Ensure that there is a continuous focus on generating leads and opportunities pipeline at any point of time.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
  • Work closely with the Technical Support team to ensure customer satisfaction and plan new customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and accountable for new client acquisition as per the assigned targets.
  • Develop and manage a funnel of activities.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • BE Mechanical with MBA in Sales/Marketing [Preferably] with min. 3 years of experience in CAD, CAE software sales.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of effective solution selling experience to an industry vertical such as Engineering Services, Automotive, A&D suppliers, Industrial Equipment/Machinery etc
  • Demonstrated experience to balance volume and strategic sales.
  • Highly analytical but balanced with commercial selling ability and strong negotiation skills.
  • Should have experience in selling to Senior Executives and Department Heads
  • Self-motivated and goal driven, creative, high-energy and a strong team player.
