Job Title : PMO executive
· Job Description :
o Preparation of project schedules required for assigned projects.
o Preparation of Project Management Plan
o Prepare required documentation for all assigned projects.
o Updating required documentation ( Project Schedule, Risk Management Plan, Project Management Plan, etc.)
o Interact within the Systems Engineering Project Groups, Procurement , Stores and ensure effective Project Planning, Tracking and Status Reporting
o Work closely with the Engineering Manager / PL / PM to facilitate process deployment and improvements.
o To assist project Groups in reviews and testing tracking for all assigned projects.
o Act as a Project coordinator & scheduler .
o Coordinate with respective stakeholders and closing the process gaps identified in Audits.
o Ensuring project is complied with the required Quality standards.
· Skills : Microsoft office, MPP, MSc / Diploma in Electronics , Knowledge of Electronics component, excellent communication skills. Knowledge on Quality Management System will be the added advantage.
· Experience : 1-3 Years
