Job description
Assist in coordinating and executing all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle such as technical discovery, product presentations, demonstrations, evaluations, POCs and Benchmarks.
Develop and build 1D simulation models to simulate and analyze dynamic systems, including hydraulic, pneumatic, thermal, or mechatronic systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and integrate simulation solutions into the product development lifecycle.
Interpret simulation results, provide insights, and recommend design modifications to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and functionality.
Validate 1D models through comparison with experimental data and real-world testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Continuously improve and maintain simulation models, incorporating updated data and refining models based on feedback and test results.
Provide technical expertise and support to teams, troubleshooting simulation-related issues, and proposing innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, control systems, and mechatronics principles.
Experience in designing, simulating, and analyzing dynamic systems within relevant industries (automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, etc.).
Familiarity with system modeling and simulation techniques, optimization methods, and validation processes.
Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and convey complex technical concepts.
Ability to travel frequently
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in using 1D models or similar simulation software for modeling complex dynamic systems.
Knowledge of system identification, parameter estimation, and experimental validation techniques.
Understanding of industry-specific standards and regulations related to dynamic systems.
