- Enabler processes for Systems Engineering – Project Management, Configuration Management, Defect and Change Management, Review, Testing, Project Delivery and Customer Satisfaction Survey

| ETVX Model based Process Definition: |
The phases in all processes are described using the ETVX model. The ETVX model is based on:
- The Entry criteria, which must be satisfied before a set of tasks can be performed
- The Tasks that should be performed
- Verification and Validation process to ensure that the right tasks are performed
- The eXit criteria or the output of the tasks

| Quality Certification: |
| We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. We achieved this milestone in July 2009 and this certification is valid till Aug 2012. Our certification agency is TÜV Rheinland (India) Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, a subsidiary of TÜV Rheinland Group, Germany.

| Process Improvement Roadmap |
We are targeting ISO 27001:2005 certification in the year 2010 as information security is a must for any IT company and SEI CMMI Level 3 assessment in the year 2011 to achieve higher process maturity. |
