Our processes in QMS are customer centric and are designed to ensure interactions with customer during the entire life cycle of product development or project execution.

We have processes covering the following areas:

  • Systems Engineering covering various types of project (System Design, Board Design, FPGA Design, IP Development, Software Development, PCB Design and Manufacturing)
  • Enabler processes for Systems Engineering – Project Management, Configuration Management, Defect and Change Management, Review, Testing, Project Delivery and Customer Satisfaction Survey
  • Business Development
  • Support Functions – Quality, HRD, Information Systems, Purchase and Administration

ETVX Model based Process Definition:

The phases in all processes are described using the ETVX model. The ETVX model is based on:

  • The Entry criteria, which must be satisfied before a set of tasks can be performed
  • The Tasks that should be performed
  • Verification and Validation process to ensure that the right tasks are performed
  • The eXit criteria or the output of the tasks
 
Our QMS is depicted as Quality Pyramid as shown below and is based on ISO 9001:2008 requirements with user friendly structure, hyperlinks and easy navigation for accessing and reading processes.
 
Management Commitment:

The management of CoreEl Technologies is committed to continual improvement of our processes and practices by:

  • Defining Quality Policy and Quality Objectives
  • Providing adequate resources for process improvement activities
  • Periodic Management reviews, Process compliance checks and quarterly internal audits to review and assess the status of QMS implementation and effectiveness

 
Quality Certification:
We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. We achieved this milestone in July 2009 and this certification is valid till Aug 2012. Our certification agency is TÜV Rheinland (India) Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, a subsidiary of TÜV Rheinland Group, Germany.

We got our initial ISO 9001:2000 certification from the same agency in August 2006.

 
Process Improvement Roadmap

We are targeting ISO 27001:2005 certification in the year 2010 as information security is a must for any IT company and SEI CMMI Level 3 assessment in the year 2011 to achieve higher process maturity.
