Major Tasks and Responsibilities
Providing assistance to the Business Development group by following-up with the customers for various documents required for processing of the orders, payments customer satisfaction surveys and any other reports/documents.
First level study/review of NDAs and consulting with legal advisors for the finalization of the same. Liaison between Company and Legal advisor w.r.t. legal documentation and contracts executed with customers.
Database management of the leads generated by the business development group.
Maintain filing system for all documentation related to Business Development group activities. Oversee movement of documents
Prepare and maintain Business Development, Sales and Marketing Groups’ expense report like Travel, Group Outings etc.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Create, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Maintain Vice President –Sales, Marketing and Business Development's calendar.
Provide other administrative support as required to the Business Development group.
